I have years of data on the computer and they managed to glean almost all of it, at a fraction of the cost of everyone else's data mining. They installed a new hard drive, reloaded windows, office, and a host of other useful programs and did it for an extremely cheap price! When I got the computer back, I noticed there was a dent in the keyboard. I took it back thinking something had happened during the repairs. Jasper was incredibly patient, took responsibility without knowing what had happened, and was prepared to install a new keyboard. My roommate then owned up to having dented the keyboard before I took it into them (it was hard to notice prior).
